To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Patio Furniture Covers, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Patio Furniture Covers will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Patio Furniture Covers. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Patio Furniture Covers. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Patio Furniture Covers Return Procedure will be breached and Patio Furniture Covers will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
Patio Furniture Covers will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Patio Furniture Covers charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.
Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Patio Furniture Covers prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

Warranty:
All of our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/ or defective materials and we will replace any defective products free of charge. Our liability and responsibility is limited to replacement of parts only.
Assembly:
This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.
This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
